Disabled Access

We do provide all our patient services on the ground floor and there is wheelchair access around this area, including toilet facilities.

We have a portable Induction Loop for hearing aid users. Please ask at Reception if you would like this to be used during your consultation.

If you have a special need of any description and experience difficulty in communication or access within the Surgery, please contact any member of the team.

Parking

We have parking at the Surgery including two spaces dedicated to disabled badge holders only located directly in front of the entrance door. Although parking is limited, it is usually sufficient providing patients and Lloyds customers remove their cars as soon as they have completed their business at the Surgery. We realise it is tempting to ‘pop into town’ but this does cause congestion which is particularly distressing to the elderly and disabled patients who are then unable to park.
